Our goal is to present a festival dedicated to gardening
and environmental conservation.

• ALL vendors must sell ONLY goods relating to gardening and environmental conservation.
• ALL new vendors must be approved by the Vendor Chairmen listed below PRIOR to registration.
• ALL goods presented for sale at GreenFest are subject to final approval by the Vendor Chairmen.
• Any goods deemed inappropriate by the Vendor Chairmen must be removed immediately or the vendor will be subject to total removal from the event.

Saturday, March 27 & Sunday, March 28, 2010

HOURS:

9 am to 4 pm.

LOCATION:

H.B. Plant Park at the University of Tampa
401 West Kennedy Blvd. Tampa, FL  33606

FEE:

Cost is $125 for a 12 ft. x 12 ft. space.
Includes two chairs per booth; pick up at central locations. Tables available for a nominal fee; order with registration.

DEADLINES:

Registration with full payment ($125 per space) is due by March 1, 2009. Late fee after March 1st is $150 per space and will be accepted on a space available basis only. No Exceptions.

CHECK-IN:

Before setting up on Friday, check in at the fountain round-about to receive credentials with two wristbands per vendor. A $3 donation is requested for each additional vendor helper.

SET-UP:

Friday, March 26th from 8 am - 6 pm.  

Saturday & Sunday from 6am - 8am. All vehicles must be out of the park by 8:00am each day. Handcarts are permitted.

SECURITY:

Security will be provided Friday & Saturday nights. For the safety of you and our visitors, NO vehicles will be allowed in the park during the event hours of 9am - 4pm.

TEAR DOWN:

Departure times will be pre-scheduled for some areas. Please comply with our request for an orderly exit. Vehicles will not be permitted in the park prior to 4pm on Saturday or Sunday. Please do not break down prior to 4pm on Sunday.
